Where
can I find ... samples of the vinyls & laminates?
You can call us directly, using the toll free number
(800) 556-2608, or you can contact the two largest suppliers
of vinyl and laminate directly, via.their web pages
www.naugahyde.com for vinyl, or www.formica.com for
laminate samples. Many, but not all options that you
see will be standard pricing. Please call for quotes.

Why
doesn't ... the vinyl for the seating match the
laminates for the table tops?
The reason is that vinyl makers like Naugahyde are
a totally separate industry from laminate people,
such
as Formica. Unfortunately, the two don't communicate
as they once did in the 1940's, when Grandmother's
red
cracked ice table matched her red cracked ice chairs.
However, our Cracked Ice surfacing is
the result of years of
development to offer you this possibility again. Stay
tuned for more choices!
We've pulled the most authentic
retro options currently available from the industry,
or you're welcome to discuss other surfacing choices.
If you're intrigued by our products, but want to explore
high tech, industrial looks, or the realm of wild
or
unexpected colors; let us know & we'll take you
there! See installation
page for examples. back to top

Who
is ... producing this furniture?
Amazingly, Pastense retro furniture is made by one
of the original manufacturers, who has been continuously
manufacturing commercial quality tables, chairs, booths
and stools since 1929. That
means this
is
not reproduction. This is may well be where Grandma
got her set!
